Who runs it

RuleStack is an independent project by Walter Konops. It isn't affiliated with any AI company. Contact: hello@rulestack.ai.

Mission

Make AI tools easier to use well. We publish free, copy-ready rules files for coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, AGENTS.md, Copilot, Windsurf) and prompts for chat, image, video and music AI, organized so you can find the right one for your tool in seconds.

Where the content comes from

• RuleStack originals: rules and prompts we write, each for a named tool and model, checked against the vendor's docs. MIT-licensed.
• Community collections: imported only from openly licensed sources (CC0, MIT, Apache 2.0, CC BY 4.0), filtered for quality and safety, credited on every page. See licenses & credits.
• Everything else is link-only, on our resources page.

How often it's updated

We add and refresh rules and prompts several times a week, and update model names when vendors ship new versions. Pages show their last-updated date. Get the highlights in the weekly newsletter below.
